Waller County Museum
The pine frame building at Fifth and Cooper streets in Brookshire was built about 1912 for Armenian American Dr. Paul Donigan. It was purchased by Waller County in 1977 and restored under the auspices of the Waller County Historical Commission and now serves as the Waller County Historical Museum. Brookshire and Pattison had significant Armenian communities in their developing years. The Armenians were usually business owners.
